Louise has a passion for empowering people by helping them get healthier and stronger in order to function better in their every day lives. She holds a BA degree in education and was a professional dancer with the “Moving into dance “ company which lay the foundation and passion for both her teaching and creative movement. She is also a Basi Pilates Mat qualified instructor. Louise has combined her extensive knowledge of dance, movement and education to create a unique approach to learning through movement. Her passion and experience in teaching is a core element in her philosophy of Moving to Learn.
Amy Lomas is a teacher at Roosevelt Park Pre-Primary school and teaches children between ages 3 -4. Amy loves teaching this age group as she describes how the children begin to discover their personalities, explore friendships, and the way in which their honesty and eagerness is shown when trying new things. Amy is a mother of two boys aged 15 and 11 which gives her a unique perspective on teaching both older and younger groups. Her passions have always been dance and movement, she loves coming up with new ways for children to express themselves through music and movement
