These classes use the principles of Pilates as a base throughout the class. We focus on strengthening the whole body to ensure your core and posture can support and enhance your daily activities.

Stretch

These classes are designed to support the joints by improving the muscles range of motion. They are vital if you find yourself sitting or driving for many hours a day.

Afri Moovs

This class is a fun light cardio workout. The classes have an African flavour, drawing inspiration from African dance and music.

These classes are definitely a full body work out while you learn to climb, swing and dance on a vertical pole. This class is for all shapes and sizes.

Breath Works

The Breath work classes teach conscious breathing. They are designed to use various techniques to stimulate or calm the nervous system.

Body Conditioning

This class uses your body weight and light weights to build strength and get u looking good. It focuses on your astetics while using the core as support. Strong inside and strong outside
